Advanced Micro Devices (NASDAQ:AMD) reported fiscal Q2 non-GAAP net income of $0.58 per share, down from $1.05 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.57.
Net revenue for the quarter ended July 1 was $5.36 billion, compared with $6.55 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $5.32 billion.
The company said it expects fiscal Q3 revenue of roughly $5.70 billion, plus or minus $300 million. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $5.85 billion.
