S&P Global (SPGI) said Thursday it has acquired ChartIQ from Cosaic for an undisclosed sum.
ChartIQ will become part of the S&P Global Market Intelligence division and be integrated into S&P Global’s Capital IQ Pro platform, S&P Global said.
The transaction was sign on Dec. 23 and closed on Sunday, the company said.
ChartIQ allows users to visualize vendor-supplied data with a fully interactive web-based library that works across multiple media and provides professional-grade charting capabilities, according to S&P Global.
