Revenue for the fiscal quarter ended Feb. 29 was $15.8 billion, down from $15.81 billion a year earlier.

For fiscal Q3, the consulting firm expects revenue of $16.25 billion to $16.85 billion. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $17 billion.
For fiscal 2024, the company lowered its revenue growth forecast to 1% to 3% from 2% to 5% previously. The company also lowered its adjusted earnings projection to $11.97 to $12.20, compared to $11.97 to $12.32 previously. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $12.24.
Shares of the company were down more than 4% in Thursday’s premarket activity.
