RTX (NYSE:RTX) reported Q2 adjusted earnings of $1.29 per diluted share, up from $1.16 a year earlier. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.18. Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $18.32 billion, compared with $16.31 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ estimated $17.7 billion. RTX said it now expects full-year adjusted EPS of $4.95 to $5.05, from its previous forecast of $4.90 to $5.05, and revenue of $73 billion to $74 billion, compared with the initial range of $72 billion to $73 billion. Analysts polled by Capital IQ estimate adjusted EPS of $5.02 on revenue of $72.73 billion.
