Nasdaq, Inc.(NASDAQ:NDAQ) reported Q4 2022 net revenues of $906 million, up 2% year-over-year

January 25, 2023 – Nasdaq, Inc. (Nasdaq: NDAQ) today reported financial results for the fourth quarter and year 2022. Nasdaq, Inc.(NASDAQ:NDAQ)  reported Q4 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.64 per diluted share, Analysts polled by Capital IQ forecast adjusted earnings of $0.65 per share. Nasdaq, Inc.(NASDAQ:NDAQ)  Net revenue was $906 million, The consensus estimate of analysts polled by Capital IQ was for revenue of $908.9 million. The Board of Directors of Nasdaq, Inc.has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share on the company’s outstanding common stock.  Q4 2022 result 2022 net revenues were $3,582 million, an increase of $162 million, or 5% over 2021. Fourth quarter 2022 net revenues were $906 million, an increase of $21 million, or 2%, from $885 million in the prior year period. Solutions businesses revenues were $652 million in the fourth quarter of 2022, an increase of $21 million, or 3%. Trading Services net revenues were $253 million in the fourth quarter of 2022,

Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) eliminated its direct-to-consumer credit card program

According to CNBC, Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) abandoned plans to develop Goldman Sachs-branded credit cards aimed at individual users after deciding to shift its focus from retail banking to other areas. A Goldman Sachs spokesman said the company discussed the idea of exclusive credit cards for consumers, but that did not become an important part of the bank’s strategy.

Deutsche Bank: Raised CME Group Inc. (NASDAQ:CME) price target to $218 Maintain Buy rating

Deutsche Bank analyst Brian Bedell raised its price target on CME Group Inc. (NASDAQ:CME) to $218 from $200 and maintained a buy rating on the stock. The analyst told investors that the company’s fourth-quarter results were “fairly solid,” with modest growth in revenue and interest income and a sharper increase in adjusted expenses. However, CME Group is demonstrating pricing power by increasing futures/options RPCs this year, which is actually a 4%-5% revenue increase. Combined with organic growth plans and transaction volume growth at a low median rate, Deutsche Bank believes the company’s EPS growth rate this year will be closer to 10 percent, up from just 3 percent previously.

CME Group Inc.(NASDAQ:CME)’s Q4 2022 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise

CME Group Inc.(NASDAQ:CME) reported Q4 adjusted earnings of $1.92 per diluted share. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.88. Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $1.21 billion. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.21 billion. The company said it declared a Q1 dividend of $1.10 per share, a 10% increase from the prior level of $1 per share.
