Evercore (NYSE:EVR) reported Q2 adjusted earnings of $0.96 per diluted share, down from $2.46 per share a year earlier. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected adjusted EPS of $1.26. Total revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $503.6 million, compared with $635.2 million a year earlier. Four analysts surveyed by Capital IQ estimated $513.9 million, if comparable. The company said assets under management stood at $11.49 billion at the end of the quarter, compared with $10.46 billion a year earlier. Evercore also said its board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.76 per share, payable Sept. 8 to shareholders of record on Aug. 25.
